If you're a student or without employment at the time of applying, please consider filling out a Co-Signer Application form and submitting it alongside your Rental Application.
A Co-Signer is someone who can pay for the apartment for you but will not be living there.
Interested in one of our units? Download and fill out a Rental Application and then submit to us via email. Don't forget! We require one application per person who will be living in the unit.
Please do not submit an application until the apartment has been viewed in person or by proxy.
